Atualle Delivers Fully Equipped Workspaces for Major Agribusiness Company’s Administrative Offices
A leading soybean producer in Brazil deserves an administrative headquarters that reflects the same level of excellence and attention to detail as its agricultural operations. This newly completed office space features high-end acoustic partitions, premium furnishings, custom millwork, and ergonomic seating — each element thoughtfully designed to enhance productivity and comfort. Here’s a closer look at how Atualle brought this vision to life.
Expansive Corridors and Seamless Transparency
The LUMINA line of acoustic partitions was implemented throughout the facility, with particular emphasis on the corridors. These partitions, utilizing a dry-joint glass system (V-Lon), create a clean, open environment that facilitates visual communication between spaces. For areas requiring privacy, frosted film was applied to the glass panels, allowing natural light to permeate while maintaining discretion. All partitions feature sleek black MDF profiles and swing doors, adding a touch of elegance that complements the overall design aesthetic.
Additionally, each room is equipped with specialized shafts designed to accommodate high-volume wiring. Unlike traditional electrified columns, these shafts enable the integration of advanced technologies such as smart switches, digital panels, and interactive systems, ensuring the infrastructure is future-ready.
Innovative Meeting Solutions with Vetro In
To enhance meeting dynamics and interactivity, the VETRO IN smart partition system was incorporated. This touchscreen-enabled glass panel serves as both a digital interface for presentations and a writable surface for brainstorming sessions.
The BlackPiano glass finish not only provides a sophisticated look but also functions as an elegant writing board. Whether used as a standalone partition or mounted over existing walls, VETRO IN seamlessly blends technology with design, fostering a more engaging and collaborative meeting environment.
Millwork and Furniture in Harmony
For this project, we incorporated the Diedro furniture line, designed with an industrial yet minimalist style. The simple stations can be combined or repositioned freely, catering to various operational needs. Diedro offers comprehensive models suitable from operational areas to management offices. Executive offices feature an exclusive model tailored for high-level positions and spacious rooms.
The Volare desk, with its chamfered-edge floating top, is supported solely by an attached cabinet and a painted steel leg. Complementing this are matching millwork pieces, including low cabinets, decorative shelves, and a marble-effect panel with integrated LED lighting. A custom wine cellar and slatted paneling complete the sophisticated look. Slatted panel finishes were extensively used—not only in executive offices but also in reception areas, which feature counters with varied designs. Low cabinets serve as essential support elements, accommodating coffee stations, elevator access points, and a fully equipped pantry area, all meticulously crafted to enhance the workspace.
Design Meets Ergonomics
All chair models are domestically manufactured and come with a 5-year warranty. Cavaletti’s longstanding reputation for quality and design evolution aligns perfectly with our partnership. The manufacturer offers a wide range of models and finishes, from armchairs to upholstered pieces and even accessories like side tables.
In this project, we selected the Newnet Soft line for meeting and guest areas, Leef for executive offices, Spot for elevator lobbies and executive guest seating, and concluded with the Box set and Stretch side tables for the executive lounge area.
