In September 2015, Electra Energy separated its energy marketing and service operations: The service of representing power plants and consumers before the Electric Energy Trading Chamber (CCEE) was allocated to the Group’s new company, Electra Service.
Electra Service handles the entire process of migrating consumers to the Free Market, as well as the process of onboarding and modeling (including test and commercial operation) for power generators so they can trade energy within the scope of CCEE. Additionally, Electra Service manages the buying and selling operations of electricity for its clients.
